J&R FLEX LTD was commissioned to carry out a full bathroom refurbishment for a residential client in Milton Keynes. The existing bathroom was outdated, lacked functionality, and no longer met the client’s needs. The goal was to deliver a modern, efficient, and visually appealing space that combined comfort with quality craftsmanship.
Client Brief
The client wanted a complete transformation of their bathroom. Key requirements included:
- Replacing all sanitary ware
- Installing a new shower
- Full wall and floor tiling
- Upgrading plumbing and pipework
- New electrics for lighting and fixtures
- Fitting a heated towel radiator
- Adding high-quality modern fixtures and fittings
Preparation
Our team began by carrying out a full site assessment, including a review of existing pipework, electrical layout, and structural considerations. We worked closely with the client to finalise the design, layout, and choice of materials. Protective measures were put in place to keep the property clean and minimise disruption during the project.
Works Undertaken
- Strip-out: All old fixtures, tiles, and pipework were removed.
- Plumbing & Pipework: We installed new plumbing to suit the updated layout and ensure long-term performance.
- Electrics: The electrical system was upgraded, including wiring for lighting and a shaver point.
- Shower & Sanitary Ware: A new shower, basin, and toilet were fitted with precision, using contemporary designs selected by the client.
- Tiling: High-quality wall and floor tiles were installed to give the bathroom a clean and modern finish.
- Fixtures & Fittings: Chrome taps, a heated towel radiator, and sleek accessories were installed to complete the look.
Final Result
The new bathroom was completed on time and to an exceptional standard. The space now features a fresh, modern aesthetic with improved usability, efficient heating, and a layout tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
